It’s a beautiful and affordable 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath villa situated less than one block from the beach on the ocean side of Ocean Boulevard. This rental is roomy enough to comfortably sleeps eight. There are 2 double beds in each bedroom. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen and a nice size dining room and living area. Private balcony with seating for your enjoyment. The unit has basic cable for your entertainment and don’t leave your laptops at home because you’ll have wireless internet access in your condo. The beach is just a short walk away or a quick ride will take you to fabulous dining, attractions, theaters, entertainment venues, or legendary golfing. If water is your love, in addition to the ocean, there is an outdoor pool for you to enjoy. There is a washer and dryer located nearby on the property that you will have access to. During the off-season, nightly rentals are available.
LINENS (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED. LINEN PACKAGES ARE OFFERED AND CAN BE ORDERED WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. LINENS MUST BE REQUESTED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND PAID FOR AS WELL.
