This condo is a beautiful direct oceanfront luxury 14th floor penthouse,
with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths; it sleeps 8 comfortably.
The master
bedroom has a king bed and is directly facing the ocean with its own
plasma TV and a full bath. The second bedroom also has two double beds
with a private plasma screen TV and a private full bath. The third
bedroom has one king bed and a full bath. The living area is elegantly
decorated with a 42 inch plasma TV and plenty of seating for
entertaining. The dining room seats 8 .. There is a queen sleeper sofa
in the living room.
The view from the 14th floor is spectacular! If
you’re looking for an average vacation, this won’t interest you. But if
you want a luxurious setting in a full service resort area in a
prestigious section of Myrtle Beach, this is definitely the choice for
you! Island Vista offers every possible amenity you could ask for and
close proximity to the coveted Pine Lakes Golf Course. You can dine at

organically-shaped pools, one of which is heated for the cooler spring

natural space for relaxing, playing with the kids and picnicking. And
you’ll find yourself enjoying the soft grass while overlooking that big
blue Atlantic Ocean, enjoying a cool drink while soaking up the sun and
the sounds of the surf.
When you’ve had enough sun, head over to the
shade of a Veranda, or enjoy the cover of a colorful umbrella. Indoor
pools, plenty of exciting themed water activities for the kids, and a
lazy river will give you plenty of choices of how to spend your time
having fun with your family. There’s plenty of dining nearby, or you
don’t have to leave the resort to enjoy fine food or just grab a bite.
You can choose from the Tiki Bar & Café, or an on-site four-star
restaurant. When you’re ready to work off those calories, head on over
to the state-of-the-art fitness center, including stationary bikes,
treadmills, elliptical trainers, and a weight station. You can even
enjoy a view of the pool and the ocean while exercising, or you can tune
in to your favorite TV show or catch the news. If you don’t want to
