Property Management

Dear Prospective Homeowners,

Thank you so much for the opportunity to share our rental property management program with you.   My company was founded in 1986 and we manage both vacation rentals and annual rentals.  We are a privately owned company that caters to families,not groups and we strive to maintain a “family beach” atmosphere for our properties.  Properties in “peak condition” receive peak rentals.  Therefore our focus is on oceanfront and luxury properties that  will bring the guests back year after year!

This year we are opening a “Listing and Sales” division to accommodate the changing real estate market.  Many of our guests would like to acquire real estate on The Grand Strand and we have lots to offer them!
