No rentals to anyone under 25
years of age unless married/family.
CONVENIENCE ITEMS
The following items and services are available for your stay with
us:playpens, strollers, portacribs, and high chairs.
MAKING A RESERVATION
With a MasterCard, Visa or Discover we can confirm your reservation
instantly and a lease agreement will be e-mailed to you.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We request that all reservation be paid in
full thirty(30) days prior to arrival. We accept cash,
personal check (which must have fifteen days to clear), money orders,
cashiers checks, and MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
SALES TAX
Is 11% on all properties.
RESERVATION FEE
There is a $30.00 reservation fee on all condominiums and $75.00 - $250.00
on all houses.
CANCELLATION OF
RESERVATION
Your paid deposit, less an administrative fee of $75.00 for condos or
$250.00 for houses, will be refunded, if you
cancel in writing 30 days prior to arrival
and the unit is re-rented.
If the unit is not re-rented, no refund is given.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
All condo rentals require a minimum of $100.00 Damage Deposit and all houses
$1000.00 which may be guaranteed with cash or a MasterCard, Visa or Discover
imprint. Damage Deposit paid in cash will be
refunded within 60 days after check out. Some rentals
require a higher deposit!
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 3:00 PM (No keys will be released
before 3:00. Please plan your arrival accordingly.) If
you are arriving after 5:00 PM, please call to arrange for late check-in
procedures. Check out time is 10:00 AM.
RESIDENTIAL LEASE
AGREEMENT
Your lease agreement will give you the unit telephone number, bed
sizes and other important information regarding your rental unit.
Your
reservation will be confirmed when your signed confirmation has been
received by our office by mail or e-mail.
